In the first section, the continuous pattern by the lower strings expresses excitement, with the main melody cheerfully going with it. In the middle section, at m. 23, you can hear the refreshing breeze with the pizzicatos. From m. 31, the waves and the wind are coming to the ship. Enjoy creating the contrasting colors of each section. The music will sound even more joyful if the players attend precisely to all written articulations.
