Commissioned by the Epping North Public School Band Committee, Ricorderemo ("We Will Remember") is dedicated to Christine Pringle, in recognition of her 19 years of contributions to the band program.

This composition fills a gap in the repertoire for young bands, providing a slower and more lyrical piece that all instruments can enjoy playing. With its dynamic range and reasonable instrument ranges, it allows for a fantastic showcase of each instrument's abilities.

It is an exceptional choice for a band required to play a slow chorale or lyrical piece, with the option to omit the drum kit for a more traditional performance.
