Engadine Music works with Australia Post and Star Track Express. Where possible, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid risk of disappointment. We have calculated these deadlines based on information directly from Australia Post and Star Track which are based on metro areas, and we have accounted for time to pack your order. For non-metro locations, please allow extra time for delivery.
We are unable to keep the stock on our website live so if your order is in stock, we will pack it up and get it out to you. Where a product is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss in stock alternatives that may suit your needs.
Please keep in mind that we will do what we can to get your order to you in time for Christmas, however please note that once it leaves our store, it is out of our control how quickly it gets to you and we are unable to guarantee prompt arrival at this busy time of year.
